Failure to provide an accurate address or addressee which results in Royal Mail returning the package to us will be refunded minus postage fee paid and a £5 administration charge. |
Delivery Time Frames
The delivery time frames and dates shown are estimates. They are not guarantees. This is because Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 and 24 services are not guaranteed services but rather it is their aim to deliver within the time frame.

*We do our absolute best to ensure all orders are dispatched as per the delivery times. However, this is not always possible, but we guarantee that your order will be dispatched by the end of the following working day.
Order Hasn’t Arrived
More than 90% of the time orders are delivered within the estimated time frames and dates. However, Royal Mail can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. These include but not exclusive to staff shortages, network problems, weather conditions etc. Please allow 7 working days from your estimated delivery date before reaching out.
Our Compensation/Replacement Policies for Non-Delivered Items
- Order is marked as delivered, tracking shows delivered and/or accepted by a household member, but you have still not received your order: In this instance we would ask you to act immediately.
- Double check the shipping address when you placed the order. If it is incorrect we cannot do anything about it. If correct then:
- Check your front/back garden or what could be considered a safe place for the delivery driver to leave the package. If still no luck then:
- Check with neighbours in case the driver handed your package to them. If your package is still lost then:
- Email us immediately and we will launch an investigation with Royal Mail. A replacement order will only be dispatched if the investigation reveals that the package was confirmed not delivered.
- Order is not marked as delivered and It has been more than 7 working days since dispatch when selecting Tracked 24/48 services: In this instance, email us and we will launch an investigation with Royal Mail. Depending on circumstances we may dispatch a replacement right away or we may need to await the outcome of the investigation.
Our Compensation/Replacement Policies for Delayed Items
There is no compensation for delays. There are no refunds for Tracked 24 delays either.
